Cross culture.

Recently after read about journals for my assignment I've seen that culture means a lot to each country. Either working culture or business culture. I've read the japanese culture for my assignment. It seems like their working culture taught them a lot on working so hard which opposite with those in Australia who appreciate the quality of working life after office hour.

The culture is not wrong, same goes to management. After learn on few theories, actually there's no right or wrong. It just that each have their pro and cons. If we dont like with the style and cannot adapt it we can walk away.

Being Malaysian is superb as we have equally both eastern and western exposure. Some company we work in have mix culture. We know when to be serious in work and when to have fun. While studying some international student might have cultural limitation in understanding us. For me malay girls always being reserve espc when u deal with new peeps from the class or at work. We didnt really expose our personal life. We are okay to share but that will only happen when being asked.

For me our style is like the German way, what's in the office stay in the office. People wont simply call/msg/whatsapp if u have nothing regarding works. If we go personal its either both are very close as friend. We understand that people very busy and sometimes very shy to and very particular and keep the borders. Its difficult to explain to those international friend. Its not that the local didnt welcome them but actually there's a barrier that keep a girl from allowing a male friend to contact after class/ office hour.

Even me personally, i didnt and will avoid picking up call after working hours from my boss. We got a life! hahaha Even when boss whatsapp at night to ask about works that is not very convenient.

Gender and culture ni bagus untuk buat research . Tapi i'm not major in this topic . Tapi menarik la , u'll got a lot of points and things can discover.

till then.
