Why further study?

Helo! :)

Frequently writing cuz easier to keep track what's happening to me tho. Previously i was so damn busy and i cant even write. Now i'm full time student. I'm hapy alhamdulillah i take this path. Everyone have different kind of dreams and career they want to build. Am I career driven? not sure yet. But starting as an assistant QS the journey was pretty challenging, there's a lot of up and down but yeah like johnson said the more things goes wrong the more adventure . At that peak point of life i cried alone when i kenot take it which i hardly cry. even in uni, i only cried once after prayer cuz i have no idea on how to solve my dissertation analysis. Tapi alhamdulillah, God wont test u without any soultion. In the end everything is gonna be fine and back on track.

I'm not a type yang suka go with the flow sangat. In life there's a goal i have to put to keep me going. If not... i dont know where i'm heading to. So even not a long term pun short term goal je. memang ada niat nak sambung study on 2015. Pick overseas but economy goin real bad so i dont think its a good option . So early of 2015  applied local. The same uni as degree malas nak pikir, malas nak adapt, no matter how sux the uni's managment at least i'm familiar with the lect and building no hassle.
by mid june my application approved. and i gambled on mintak boss izinkan one year unpaid study leave. and he allowed . :DD he asked me to  balik keje afta sambung study. thanks for being so understanding . hehehe

Pick project management cuz i think that's pretty related to QS. Alhamdulillah it turn out to be a good courses in UM. so siapa2 nak amik Msc PM amik lah kat UM. But after dah keje lah, cuz u'll get the real view of industry and bila masuk kelas tu dengan lecturer cerita u can relate back to the real industry. This courses thought u different view . Tak semua orang been willing to be a leader or project manager. The responsibility is tough tho tapi Dr zul's said he like a challenge. and that's why he picked project manager. Been in construction memang scary kot those challenges but in the end u have to deliver best. Kinda hapy with how far that i go. still baby dalam industries but people around had asked me to do quite a lot of things . Thanks for the trust, of course ade flaws.  But next time when i came back i tried not to make any. Macam lecturer kata " you not afford to make mistakes" yea. dont stop struggle and learn those in your life journey. cheers!

study bukan for the sake of naik gaji or wanted to be look up high tapi study cuz u want the knowledge , cuz u want to see other people view in different position . PM view and QS view is not the same. QS quite rigid but PM a person who need to be the problem solver, always kena pressure, kena stick to the plan and control and at the same time u have to consider those people around u cuz human have emotions. U have to motivate them when they cannot deliver task.
