Day 1 in Hong Kong .

After a long complicated process that we've gone through here we are , now in Hong Kong doing our exchange program :)

Duno about the actual feel but we have to slowly adapt . The accommodation is good and i bet if u really want to compare UM and here there's a huge different . More systematic, modern and good.

What we did wrong is we bring to many baggage! pls la if travel dont bring so many, just a plainly important thing for u to survive and basic needs just buy at the place u travel! dont bring ur home here --' haha we learnt our lesson.

From the airport we directly take the train and later taxi . Its convenient but we pay 150HKD for Octopus card, 60 HKD for train ticket and sim card for 60 HKD too . The first person i called is Johnson! He is the only person i know in HK and i've met him during myLDS conference in UKM,last two weeks. He is very nice and gentleman(nab said)

The wind is sooo windy and cold. Arrived the student residence hall and registering . We met malaysian chinese and he invite us to come for Malaysian Cultural Night . awesome much?? yeahhh! XDD he is louis . From Louis he gave Ramly number who is Malaysian muslim who study in HKPU in PhD . cool and nab is contacting encik ramly.

Weather shocked!
We are not good in predicting weather as we not use to travel to cold country . I thought HK would be as same as malaysia but a lil bit colder. But 10 degree celcius for the first day here, i'm frozen! i didnt packed any winter coat . Just a warm sweater and its not knit wear :o . when we pass through the people along the way to HKPU (Hong Kong Polytechnic University) everyone were wearing winter coat, scarf and boots! i know its very colddddddd! and while walking some of them weirdly looking at us. --' u can count how many muslim there and three of us wearing scarfs . It weird for them but look at the positive side, they will more easy to recognize u . muahaha

To girls, the leng zai there to lenggggg ! clean faces , tall and fashionable! hehe
At 5.30pm i met Johnson! he showed us around HK . We are new and not use to the place, we need places to buy pillow, internet cable and also basic needs . Thanks Johnson! he delaying his family dinner bcz of us! awwwww i'm soooo touch.

Then starving like very hungry but i dont know what food we can eat . I saw a lot of roti but i only can stare not buy or eat . I'm eating veggie food here people . have too. Dont be surprise if u come here, the hostel is mix boys and girls . so u walk around the hostel u will se guys here and there girls.

Eat at nab's place then we decide to head back kemas our messy room. Before dinner, i chat with healthy rangers and they thought me a lot of cantonese . haha these people ahhh so cute one!! :DD thanks guys i learnt a lot from u guys.

Then witout knowing who is my suite mate, we were sharing bathroom together and i was surprise to see her (Elaine) . She was really nice and warm. She even ask what do we need . i didnt bring my blanket , soo touch when elain gave blanket and knit wear to me and wani! :)) She said we cant expect all people to like us. TRUE so have faith even though some people not being nice to u, there are some who really care and being nice to u. dont afraid of being nice =) thanks elaine! she's an AIESECer . yeah everyday i'm AIESECing! hehee networking is ver important here ! REALLY :DDDD

that's all from me, got class tmoro . so let me have another wonderful journey here . Thanks Hong Kong and Malaysian people , i love u !
