briefly works update :)

hi,there's a lot to update . different things but now maybe i afford to post one only.
I was having gud month all this while . been busy with things around .
almost everyday i keep bugging my boss and important people for the project that i'm handling . Either in official or not-official way. i dont know how to thank them ! they were all awesome!

My responsibility as AIESEC member not just a Senior Member 2011/2012 but now i am Director for event AIDS In Action 2011 . That wasn't a small event . Sometimes when people do ask i dont know how to explain what i am doing . hehe so let me tell briefly.

Before this i was just a simple and not so complicated girl who come to lecture and then back to hostel . Doing my assignmnt, onlining and do peace things . But then i found out my life was super dull . I duno what is wrong with me? Then afta my roomate, Mar introducing what AIESEC and the prove is Saiful yg change to be someone much more better especially in professionalism, good in communication skills and socialize in society well . That's good .

So thought of improving my self . There u go , now i reterm and a Senior Mmeber to my department .

-As Red Ribbon Senior Member i help my new Director to secure workshop, deal with NGOs to make a visit and also contact any potential HIV/AIDS awareness workshop . From here i am learning about NGOs , make a good relation with them and hope that we can collaborate together for the coming event .
-Every morning when i wake up, i do cold callings to schools and NGOs . If they want me to do letter n fax to secure for workshop me n my director will do . Lucky that i can travel to KL easily by public transport and parent was good enough and not complaining on what i am doing . I think mom know i was improving my self . But i have very limited time and transportantion problem at the same time . So susah a bit la .
-Dulu i dont even care where my handphone. i let it died out of battery .but now when i open my eyes i'll look on the phone if there's any msg or call . Dulu unknown number i wont contact back and i dont even care to pick up. But now those call were precious!!
-How i can attend to the NGO event ? from the deal to visit , NGO welcome us to join their activity and we are so glad ! :)
honestly i am happy with what i am doing, i am improving my soft skills as well .

-seriously this is new thing
-i have to handle team member and run through the whole project
-at first i was like so worried with no enough OC team but then i know what most important and what not . So at this critical time i go on with my KKP first with the guide from nina Vice President Financial Admin . I tend to bother important people a lot when i have no idea n i dont know how to handle . I am so new to AIESEC but new is not a barrier to stop me and not the reason to said "i CANT do that" because i am new . when that thought come in mind i will continue doing my task without questioning or even said that i am new . Because of new , i HAVE to learn as many as i can . Not to prove to anyone but prove to myself that i can do . =)
-my brain working all the time and keep thinking for the steps that i should takes next because of this important event .
-my task need me to go to KKP, do letter, ask permission , check on this and that , work together with important people and work with the team to make the event out .

p/s: i wanna post about my shopping part with bff,workshop at Refuge WAO, iftar,partayy with goodfrens,bunga api session and many more . But time is limited . depend when i am rajin. tmoro i got 2nd mission and shopping part 2 with bff . wednesday hair treatmnt and shop with mum . see very packed schedule aite! haha
